Haiti - Pink Ladies Week : Victory of our Grenadières [4-2] against Jordan (Video)

On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, as part of the International Friendly Tournament Pink Ladies Week in Antalya, Turkey, our Grenadières (53rd in the world) won [4-2] against Jordan (74th in the world), their first victory in this international tournament.

Summary :

Louis, Anyssa Ibrahim opened the scoring for Haiti in the 20th minute. A goal by Celine Akroush in the 31st minute following a clumsy move by the Haitian defense allowed Jordan to equalize [1-1]. Amandine Pierre-Louis gave Haiti the lead again with a goal in the 44th minute [2-1]

After the break, the protégés of French coach Malou Quignette (the youngest coach in the world at 27) were very combative and Batcheba Louis pushed the score for Haiti with a goal in the 49th minute [3-1]. Our Grenadières were largely dominant over Jordan and Dayana Pierre-Louis scored a 4th goal for Haiti in the 55th minute [4-1].

At the end of the match, the Jordanians reduced the score with a shot from Alfarjeh Roukayah in the 83rd minute. Despite these two goals, Jordan was unable to reverse the superiority of the Grenadières.
